Our printed self adhesive vinyl is a great way to get your brand noticed and to highlight windows, promotional areas, vehicles or as warning and information stickers. We have printed thousands of custom made, low cost stickers over the years so have the expertise to ensure you end up with a high quality sticker. Using solvent inks and cutting edge printing equipment at our in-house studio, we have the versatility to produce practically any sticker, vinyl or self adhesive product you want, all with a custom message or logo.
Description
Low cost signage
Our printed self adhesive vinyls are backed with a permanent adhesive that’s great for sticking to any smooth surface. Printed at up to 1,440DPI with solvent and waterproof inks they will look vibrant both indoors and outdoors.
Optional Finishes
We can print onto a gloss or matt vinyl and then apply a gloss or matt laminate for extra protection if required. Lamination is recommended if your printed vinyl sign is to be used outdoors as, although the adhesive and inks are all waterproof, the laminate layer adds extra protection against the elements and scratches.
Printed self-adhesive vinyl is great for:
- Interior signage
- Re-covering old foamex or dibond signs
- Vehicle graphics
If you don’t have a hard, smooth surface to stick the self adhesive vinyl to, have a look at some of our rigid signage. Our foamex and dibond signs are simply self-adhesive vinyls pre-applied to a rigid board.
For difficult to stick to surfaces such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene and ABS, as well as for durable graphics on extreme sports equipment, we can supply the stickers on a high tack vinyl. Please contact us on 01844 354334 for a quote.
We offer a FREE design service with all our products. Simply place your order and then email info@myvinylfrontier.com the details you would like included on the designs. Please include your order number.
If you are supplying your artwork, please either upload your files to our site or email info@myvinylfrontier.com. For files above 8MB, please send to us via wetransfer.com. Please follow the guidelines below when submitting your artwork:
PDF Files
We request all our artwork to be supplied as high resolution (300dpi) using these options:
- Resolution – Choose High Resolution
- Compression Settings – For colour and greyscale this should be down sampled to 300dpi with “auto compression” set on high
- Font Embedding – Should be set to “embed all fonts”
Colour needs to be set as CMYK not RGB (RGB artwork will be converted to CMYK and this could affect your colours).
Illustrator
Include all embedded images and convert all text to curves. Save as an EPS file.
Photoshop
Set Resolution to 300dpi when starting your new document. Save file as either TIFF or JPEG.
Other files not listed above must be saved either as a EPS or JPEG.
Please note: If you need us to make changes to your file (JPEG / EPS), we will require you to re-supply new artwork as either a PSD, PDF or AI file as we are unable to make changes to flattened images (JPEG / EPS / TIFF).
Indesign
Please ensure all fonts and pictures used in your artwork are supplied to us in a separate folder using the “package” function under the “file” menu. Compress the document using Stuffit or WinZip before uploading or sending your order via e-mail.
Please include a PDF. This is for our reference to make sure that nothing is missing or moved on the artwork supplied. Please note that this will be proofed first and could cause a longer delivery time.
Artwork Bleed
It is essential that there is a minimum 3mm bleed around your artwork. This is for cutting purposes. Please note that there is a 2mm tolerance for cutting on all jobs.
Please ensure that the colour is set to CMYK not RGB.
Microsoft Documents
We cannot use the following formats for printing:
- Word
- Excel
- Powerpoint
- Publisher
- Works
Below is a link to a website that can convert any of the above files into a useable PDF, it is easy-to-use and will do it for you right there online. IT’S FREE!
Please supply a screen shot of your Microsoft document before conversion this can be done by the following:
- PC operators – There is a “PRINT SCREEN” button on the keyboard
- Mac operators – Press the “Apple” and “Shift 4” keys, then highlight the area you wish to copy. This saves a PNG copy to your desktop
